We started the day by writing down the agenda and correcting Ray's blog. He made very few mistakes.
After, we started discussing the question, song, and quote of the week. The question was: "What do you think about school?" The song of the week is: "Think" by Aretha Franklin, and the quote of the week is by bell hooks. It goes "To build community requires vigilant awareness of the work we must do to undermine all of the socialization that leads us to behave in ways that perpetuate domination." We listened to "Think" and it was fast, like really fast.

Once all the thinking was done, Ms. Nakada asked the class to either do reader's workshop or AR test. Lily, Ray, Payton, Kayla, Jaiden, Melody, Sophia, Emma, Parker, Jonathan, Macy, and whoever else wants to be in the blog kept asking me, so there.
Caleb (my favorite blogger) also kept asking me, very politely, to put him in the blog. So, you know how that goes.
I had to stay after class to do the blog, so hopefully I didn't make any mistakes.
