Inktober starts Tuesday!
Class started with Lily reading her blog. I personally thought it was great. She did have trouble spelling names, but Ms. Nakada fixed it. Ms. Nakada was about to start checking our reading log's, but Jaiden asked what Inktober was, and yet again, she started another five to ten minute conversation.
Ms. Nakada explained what is was. I think she said that we would have to draw something everyday? I was to focused on trying to catch up on the blog to pay attention, so oops.
We finally moved on from Jaiden's rather concerning questions, concerns and comments, and Ms. Nakada told us to start reader's workshop, so that she can check our reading log's. Then, some people got the ipads to take AR tests. It wasn't that quiet at first, but we got quiet after a bit. Not that anyone asked, but I'm reading the Harry Potter series. It's a really good series. You should read it if you haven't yet. Ms. Nakada then collected the book projects that were in a pile at the end of the desks.
A while later, Ms. Nakada told us to take out our essay prep paper, and said we were not going to start our essays today, but on Wednesday. Today, we just had to finish getting our thesis, reasons, and evidence. Jaiden, again tried to start another conversation about white being a color, but Ms. Nakada said that white is the absence of color, so she shut it down.
The bell rang, k byeeeeee. Oh I almost forgot, Caleb and Nylah.
